The metal security gate adjacent to 13, 15, 17 Mary Ann Gardens SE8, (opposite the Salvation Army Hall) is broken and the lock is missing. There have been reports of intruders in the communal grassed space which is used by residents and offers access to the rear of several properties. There proper functioning of this gate - to which residents have the key - is also a condition of some residents’ home insurance policies. Please can a new lock be fitted as a matter of urgency?

Quite a few bags of refuse and recycling weren’t collected tiday along Roehampton High Street.

There are six or seven recycling sacks uncollected by the bin outside Dong Phuong/Planet Pizza, and 2 or 3 outside Koko Dak restaurant.

Then there are 4 or 5 black refuse sacks the birds are happily ripping open.-Roehampton High Street, Roehampton, London
